On the 1st floor
A single room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, which still retains the antic wheel mechanism made up of paddles. Stove.
On the 2nd floor
Living room with television with foreign channels, the master bedroom (bed 160×200) and its en-suite bathroom. Separate WC.
On the 3rd floor
The green bedroom and its twin beds 90 × 200, the pink bedroom and its single bed, the shower room with toilet.

If your children can play in the adjoining streams or on the sandy islands, putting their feet into the water, it is not recommended to swim there. The Spadium of Monts located 3km away will ensure you to swim with safety.
For safety reasons related to the immediate vicinity of the water, we do not recommend this cottage to parents with young children who don’t swim and / or under 5 years old.

The watermill cannot be rented at night or at weekends.
Excluded : beds sheets and towel optional, tourist taxes, electricity.
Included : wood for the stove, end of stay cleaning.
We had a great vacation, it is absolutely lovely and i will return next year to spend an other relaxing and wonderfull time!!
The rental corresponds entirely to the description made on the website. The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything worked properly. The mill is in a beautiful location and we stayed with our two children a very good week. We will definitely come back.
We had an excellent week in an enchanting setting. Nearly nothing was heard except the birds and the river flowing. The town (supermarket, bakery, etc.) is 5 minutes by car. The first châteaux de La Loire (Azay and Villandry) are at 15 minutes, and Tours, hardly more. Our kids loved this place of exploration and adventure!
